Catskills: Scribner’s

Scribner’s Catskill Lodge is a beautiful Catskills mainstay in nearby Hunter, and we love their coffee shop Fellow and restaurant Prospect year round. In the summer, we get a pool pass or walk in the garden. In the winter, we warm up by library fire after skiing.

The trout is always a favorite for dinner, but a day on the slopes might mean the steak and potatoes, along with great beers from nearby options like West Kill Brewing.
