The Catskills has amazing skiing options. We’re big Hunter Mountain fans for its aprés options and Belleayre is right nearby, with large improvements all the time. Known for its nearby luxury with new spots, Windham is also a great pick.

In the summer, we get a pool pass or walk in the garden. In the winter, we warm up by library fire after skiing.

The Adirondacks has incredible craft traditions—furniture, food, textiles, and metalwork. A number of regional centers, like the Adirondack Folk School, offer traditional instruction, as do our local practitioners.
